These are 1hr FAST&FUN baking classes, where we get messy, involve our children, have a good time and end up with 1 or 2 easy to make treats! Recommended ages from 2 to 12 years old. These can be virtual via Zoom or in person in your home or hire venue.

-1 Minute Mug Cakes and melt in your mouth 6 minute cookies (Virtual or in person)

-Parisian Crepes with savoury and sweet toppings (Virtual or in person)

-Sweet sushi rolls (virtual or in person)

This virtual or in person class focuses on the use of healthy ingredients (from a nutritional stand-point) & healthy cooking techniques while ensuring you get maximum flavour & enjoyment!

Gregory will cover how to prepare 2 types of fish (as you cook together he will explain the nutritional benefits of the two fish categories & their benefits visa-vis each other):

– Oily fish (rich in essential Omega-3 fatty acids) eg: salmon, trout, chard

– Lean, white fish eg: Seabass, sea bream

One method will be Maceration which is used to make ceviche

The other method is ’En Papillotte”

You will also learn how to cook the superfoods Broccoli, Kale and Cauliflower to make delicious, healthy salads & side dishes.

As Gregory is a qualified Diet & Nutrition Advisor he will share his knowledge at every key step.

POP-UP STREET FOOD/MOBILE CATERING

In 2020 Gregory launched Happizzaly Ever After, Jackson & Shanly, and Happily Espresso After as mobile catering concepts.

Happizzaly Ever After Having travelled the world over 3 years to find the most authentic & tastiest pizzas and adapted the recipes to their own style Happizzaly Ever After was created for weddings and other wonderful personal occasions to have a party! All the pizzas are served and cooked from a stylish pop-up gazebo using a stone base oven firing at over 400 degrees. All the ingredients including the handmade sourdough pizza dough and San Marzano tomatoes for the signature sauce are sourced from the best suppliers.

Jackson & Shanly or J&S for short is a multi-cultural cuisine producer offering the most popular Indian, Chinese and American street food (Skinny skin on fries, Fried chicken, Burgers, buffalo wings, smoked BBQ meats) for any occasion direct from a pop-up tent which can be set up outside or inside your venue.

Happily Espresso After is an add-on Barista service for any of the above. Gregory himself trained as a barista to fully immerse himself in the world of creating outstanding coffee drinks such as espressos, flat whites, affogatos, cappuccino, Espresso Martinis. This pop-up service can be added on to any mobile catering service outdoors or indoors without the need to have access to electricity or running water.
