Three ways in.

However you want to feed people, it starts the same way — with what you're actually celebrating.

01

Celebrate & gather

Food for the moments worth gathering for.

Birthdays, anniversaries, family occasions, milestone dinners, weddings where it fits. A table people don't want to leave.

Plan a celebration

02

Corporate & event catering

Great food, properly delivered, without losing the personality.

Company celebrations, team events, launches, client evenings and larger gatherings — including properly traditional catering when the brief calls for it.

03

Mobile & street-food-style catering

Big flavour. Relaxed format. Properly thought through.

Pizza, barbecue, burgers, bowls and sharing food served live from a food truck, gazebo or pop-up setup. Real food businesses, brought to your event.

Meet the four brands

Some ways
this could feel.

Not a menu. A sense of the range — pizza on a long table, fire in the garden, a properly polished plate, a queue at the hatch.

Guests gathered around the full length of an abundant sushi table.
Pizzas and salads spread across a long checked table in the garden.
Small bowls of glazed fish, seared tuna and curry arranged on a wicker tray.
A whole lamb turning over an open wood fire in a garden.
Trays of freshly prepared margaritas ready for guests.
A candlelit table laid with salmon, salads and sliced roast beef.
A member of the service team carrying a generous tray of desserts.
A long garden table laid beneath a canvas canopy.
Guests talking beside an outdoor cocktail bar while drinks are shaken.
A colourful garden crudité platter being carried to guests.
Sliced beef, roast potatoes and vegetables on a silver platter.

Small table.
Large room.
Same standard.

Gregory has cooked in professional kitchens, on television, at private houses and at events where several hundred people all had to eat well at the same time — for the Duchy of Cornwall, the Royal Opera House, Louis Vuitton, IHG and plenty of families who simply wanted a very good afternoon.

Creativity is the easy bit. Delivering it, calmly, is the job.

Real food businesses, not concepts

Four brands. Four moods.
One very hungry crowd.

Choose a brand. Mix the ideas. Or tell me what you want to eat and we'll build something around you.
